Traveling to nowhere specific
Imagine your running from your past but have zero ideas where you are going you just want to get away. You manage to hitch a ride with a trucker that seems kind enough, he's not what you imagine truckers to be like. He can tell you are tired and assures you that you can sleep. Perhaps the driver is a guardian angel of sorts helping a weary traveler. His music taste could be a little less on the nose.
