Essentially, you're in a car with one of the former hosts of Top Gear UK and current hosts of The Grand Tour, driving somewhere (probably in England and near London because of the radio track) whilst nobody can think of anything witty to say. Feel free to adjust the side that the sighs/throat clearing is coming from and mute the radio if you want to pretend it's Top Gear USA because you're a bit uncultured.
